Format of the presentations:
- The presentation must be in PowerPoint 16:9 landscape format (*.ppt or *.pptx)
- A disclosure of interest slide should be included at the beginning of the presentation
Presentation upload instructions:
- Each session room will be equipped with a laptop connected to the projector and sound system
- Presenters are asked to arrive at their designated room 10 minutes before the session begins to set up
- Presenters are required to bring a copy of their presentation on a USB-A stick and to upload it directly onto the computer in the room
- Technicians will be on hand to assist with this process

Poster Sessions:

Poster Specifications:
- Printing - Posters must be printed before the conference
- Size - Maximum dimensions of 70 x 100 cm
- Orientation - Posters must be in portrait (vertical) orientation
Setup and Materials:
- Poster boards will be located in the Foyer
- Poster boards will be numbered (please check your poster number in the program and ensure that it is displayed on the correct poster board)
- Necessary stationery will be available starting in the morning on the day of the poster sessions
Presenter Responsibilities:
- The presenter must be at their assigned space during lunch and coffee breaks
